Conveniently located off East 116th Street, this refreshing oasis welcomes all who enter.

Pure Eatery has managed to seamlessly mesh the (sometimes) opposing worlds of delicious food and healthy food. From their hand-crafted hummus platter (my personal favorite) to their home-made salad dressings, Pure will keep you coming back for more of their fresh, honest food.

Featuring a diverse menu of Quattro Formaggio macaroni to a signature Double Down wrap or an Ahi Tuna melt, Pure includes offerings for every palette. This eatery is also committed to utilizing local providers, such as Fountain Square Brewing Company, Lick Ice Cream, and local artists, whose work is displayed on every wall.

A handsome industrial, yet approachable, wood grain bar stands resolute against the back wall of this establishment where special care is taken in crafting signature Prohibition-era cocktails. One of which is the Conner Collins, whose namesake is provided by the interactive history park and Fishers destination, Conner Prairie.

With an original location in Fountain Square and now another in Fishers, fresh, local food is never that far away. Pure Eatery in Fishers is open for brunch on the weekends at 9am Saturday and Sunday and 11am Monday-Friday, closing at 3am seven days a week.
