As you can see in this segment, I was at a loss for words while observing Chefski in his element and sampling his gourmet take on GameDay fare! This was also my first experience with pierogis and I have to say, it was an absolute treat! The caramelized onion with thyme and that imperial oatmeal stout combined with the potato in the pierogi created a depth of flavor that is sure to be a touchdown at your next tailgate!
